Located in Northern California’s Mendocino County there is a skunk running through the redwood forest, but this isn’t any skunk, it’s the world famous Skunk Train. The California redwoods, pristine coastline, and award winning vineyards are all a part of the landscape of what makes Mendocino County such an amazing place and home to this 131-year-old train.

Was a great little adventure for young kids.
informative and a fun day riding the rails! Can't wait to do the Willits side someday! was able to bring my dad's dog along for the ride!
Took our granddaughter for her birthday and she totally had a blast loved every minute 🥳
This is the second time we have riden the Skunk Train and we learned something new. The area is so beautiful. Thank you for another sweet adventure.
My b/f & I did the Pudding Creek rail bike tour. It was such a fun experience! All of the staff was helpful, professional, & knowledgeable. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. Beautiful ride to picnic and hiking area and back. Crew were very helpful and informative. Two teenagers and two seniors - thumbs up all around.
We did the Rail Bikes and had such a great time. Guides were informative and fun! Would highly recommend. Hoping you start some sort of Halloween trip soon. Would drive up from So Cal to participate.
Friendly knowledgeable employees, PRICE WAS RESPONSIBLE, easy to access, scenic trip, several options which include: leaving station Trip out and back, days availability. Great narration along the trip going and coming back, available snacks and drinks for adults and kids, popcorn in a Skunk Train bucket, an overall fun experience for out of towners or Californians.
Nice easy trip. Relaxing to sit and chat and enjoy the view rain or shine. Nice hiking tails at the end.
