RecommendedWell managed, beautiful location, dog friendly. We walked the 0.9 mile loop trail through a redwood grove at the end of the ride; it was breathtakingly beautiful. The train makes a lot of clanking noise which can be scary for a dog, so be prepared to bring along your dog’s therapist.😁

It’s not a barn burner activity, but a sweet ride with sweet people that strive to make it a special day. It was a special Christmas activity to get us away from the hustle and bustle.

At Glen Blair Junction, you can hike before returning to the station to marvel at the model railroad and historical display of the area's logging. Great experience for young and old alike.
