Would have liked the final day of signing go smoother with right paperwork in place. The wait time was too long and as a result had to miss work hours for both my husband and I.

Everyone made my process so easy communication was outstanding and the staff was so friendly. Whenever I needed anything the staff was prompt and knowledgeable. One of my favorite features was the app that was used to collect all documents this made sending and receiving paperwork a breeze. I would definitely recommend BankSouth to family and friends they actually helped and cared about securing my home loan I am forever grateful.

The final closing transaction did not go as smoothly and timely as we liked. We had to wait quite a bit of time because of documentation errors and IT issues. Other than that, everything else was great.
