I am a first time buyer and it Would have been more beneficial if I was notified what documents are needed and when By providing enough time to get them done and into The app I had to submit my drivers license multiple times, paystubs, W2 and other Documents multiple times. I was notified last minute that documents are required if I shop around with other lenders. Provide a clear checklist with due dates . Ask for all documents in advance. Our transaction was rushed with documents being asked on the day of closing.

My information was incorrect on lots of paperwork and name was incorrect on many emails over and over even after correcting. I felt as though we did not matter to the company even though we are entering in to a 30 year huge financial relationship.
