Better communication. We provided information multiple times and we felt like the information wasn’t provided to the appropriate parties as we had to keep providing the same information multiple times. We also had to change our loan type at the last minute. 2 days prior to closing. We now have a higher interest rate and had to come up with more money at closing.

I feel like when this process starts the company knows all that’s needed a lot of paperwork or documentation was requested at the end it was very stressful almost to the point where I’d say forget everything. I feel like this could have been a lot of smoother

We got requests for papers till and after the closing. The closing person wasn't organized and everything g was done in the last minute.

The entire process was extremely stressful, and we didn’t receive much flexibility with the closing date although the changes were out of our control. The lack of flexibility could have gravely damaged our employer relationships.

Felt like i could never get a hold of anyone when i called. If i email sometimes there wasn't a response. Just poor communicate all around.

Everyone and Everything was good up until Sasha joined in on the transaction. She truly made my closing experience an experience from h*** because she "dropped the ball" on my Georgia Dream loan. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but after she admitted she was the problem and did not apologize I was just out done with her and will definitely be ensuring no one else ever experience such an unprofessional and stressful transaction.
