I was not happy to find out my $6k closing incentive was less because it was an investment after I decided to move forward based on $6k. Seemed shady. Natasha was great and very responsive. If it weren’t for her, I may have changed lenders.

Good Morning I sent an email toward the middle of my process pertaining to not being able to get Nic or anyone on my "team" to return calls, besides my loand processor, Natasha. Natasha was ALWAYS on point, calling back and answering call. I did not feel seen or important by anyone else on the "team".

Everything purchasing a house should never be this stressful. I did not like the fact that Banksouth reached out to My manager in regards to my OT pay and the fact that I could not get a list of individuals that bank south was gonna contact in regards to my loan so that I may pre-empt them about my home purchase. Natasha was maybe the only bright spot in the whole process. Only with her help I was able to get ready to get approved. I was quoted one price APR% but then that changed toward the end.

Just felt like there was poor communication throughout the mortgage process. In our situation, we missed spending time on Christmas, New Years, and My Wife’s Birthday in our new home because of something that was overlooked. We called and texted several members of your team on multiple occasions and did not receive a call back, reply, or any response whatsoever.
