My biggest complaint is the turnaround in responsiveness. I completely understand that there’s a ton of other clientele but even a simple reply to acknowledge an email or missed call goes a long way, even if the follow up is still forthcoming. Other than the very beginning of the process I had very few interactions with Laura, outside of automated emails. I have the same complaint for the processor I worked with. The assistant was the most prompt and helpful part of the entire process.

The gentleman that I worked with closer to my closing was a great to work with. The woman that I worked with at the beginning of the process wasn’t very pleasant to work with. I also didn’t like how I didn’t qualify for 3% down. I qualified for 3% down with every other bank that I worked with. Overall, the experience was fair.
