Great location, not very hygienic The cleanliness of the room was concerning. It was clear that the shower had not been cleaned between us and the previous guests. We also booked a queen sized room and the bed was not a queen. The location was amazing and it was so great to be able to walk out of the hotel and right onto the beach! The chairs provided were nice although we weren't able to move closer to the ocean as they were reserving those spaces for chairs they were selling.

Not impressed; next time I’ll stay in the Old Town and visit Condado This place is a glorified hostel, they just don’t know it. First room I shared with at least two cockroaches; they swapped my room after complaining. The window mechanisms are broken such that they don’t open or open and get stuck There is also means poor sound isolation from outside; noisy hostel-like guests on the inside can be a feature too. It is right there on the beach Staff were accommodating to solve issues.

terrible place - very disappointing dirty ongoing construction in building and next door all day long cockroaches sink stopped up toilet barely flushed cracked walls plaster dust no elevator no help with bags location

Bad I fully paid for room but it was sold before I could check in my room was sold before I checked in.
Awesome location, too pricey for the room. The rooms were very run down. I understand they will renovate soon, hope they do a good job. The location was awesome. The staff was ok.
