Disappointing Considero un precio muy elevado para lo poco que ofrecen. No tienen estacionamiento, e ban̈o muy pequen̈o, cuando fui al restaurante a las 1400 me infirmaron que la cocina estaba cerrada. Empiezan a opear la cocina muy tarde, a las 9 es muy tarde para personas que necesitan comer o tienen alguna condicion.

Unfriendly staff at the desk/ hot lobby wait/ no coffee Front desk staff not friendly or helpful, some with attitudes. Room was only cleaned 2 out of 5 30 days. Trash stacked up, house keeping did not pull trash every day, no bed turn down, had to repeatedly ask for towels/wash clothes. Hallways noisy late at night. No coffee offered had to walk 5 blocks every morning to Starbucks to get coffee. Disappointing I booked a room with two separate beds -- upon arrival the desk clerk said the hotel was overbooked and there were NO rooms available with 2 beds. We were placed in a room with 1 queen bed, at the price for the room with 2 beds. The view from our room was great!

The only good thing WAS the ocean view No coffee offered in the morning, no inviting greetings when I arrived, room was cleaned only 2 out of 5 days. Had to keep asking for towels and wash cloths. Hall was nosey with people yelling at each other on the 4th floor. I just felt like I just got the cold shoulder from staff the whole time that I was there. Disappointing
Really bad bad experience We couldn’t sleep the 4 days we stayed there. The air conditioning was VERY VERY loud and it was right next to the bed and when we went to try to talk with the girl that was in the reception, she was very rude and said she couldn’t help us and that we couldn’t get moved to another room. My boyfriend was the one that “kinda” fix it. But this was supposed to be a really nice and relaxing trip which ended up not being. Fair Mejor atención, solicitamos asistencia por el TV que no funcionaba, y nunca pasaron a revisar. Mayor variedad del menú en el restaurante. No es un hotel para familias. Buena ubicación, excelente vista a la playa.
