Poor Room not ready at check in, asked to speak with a manager and was refused, room very small, air in my room was leaking and wet clothing, air hardly works, refrigerator not working. Location, staff

Basic hotel but good location. Not worth high price but paying for the view and beach front location Basic hotel room was very small in size for the high price. Reception staff not overly helpful or friendly- very transactional considering high price for the room. $150 credit card security deposit hold on room is a high deposit considering we arrived for 1 night late that night so we were in room got 12 hours. Good location and outside bar area on the beach is beautiful Large tv in room and good AC system.

Don’t book in a rush!!! Room is very shrink where you can barely wash your teeth. I am 5’11” and weight 205# and I can’t fit in front of the sink. For 116 sqf area, price is abusive. Room wasn’t even remodeled and looks old because is old. Staff are mostly male and the majority of them are distracted as usual and can’t do more than one thing at a time resulting in poor service. Why this hotel is so expensive?? I know but I can’t say through here. Restaurant and beachfront

Not worth price Our check-in experience was a nightmare. Firstly, one of my concerns was that we’d be arriving at 3 in the morning, but on the FAQ page for this hotel, it was said that they could accommodate for outside normal check-in times. I booked this hotel specifically for that, but after booking, I got an email saying we’d have to pay for the extra night beforehand if we wanted a room available.
