Location on the beach was great but the price wasn’t worth it and I didn’t have beach view. The room walls too small for the price and then charging me an additional hold. The toilet took long to fill up and the sink water took long to go down. Location, view on the beach

Fair Was caught by surprise and was very unsettling to find out the property was undergoing some repairs and construction which was undisclosed. Furthermore, lack of parking on site or near by should also be disclosed/ mentioned on the hotel website to help other travelers make informed decisions. I do understand something’s are out of staffs control but thorough walkthroughs should be made in each room. Property looks good and I imagine will be better once construction is complete. Fair no parking place to guest, no napkin in each room, no hot water for shower very often, bedroom is very small for three, sink is super small! have nice view in the room. Provide free bottle of water and towels.

Todo en obras/ under construction El alojamiento estaba todo en obras, nuestro pasillo estaba lleno de pólvo, plásticos , cartón por los suelos debido a la obra y cuando preguntamos si nos podían cambiar de planta fueron poco considerados y dieron problema para hacerlo - todos los días te levantabas a las 7 de la mañana por los obreros taladrando - la terraza y el bar del hotel también estaba en obras - una va a un hotel de playa para descansar y disfrutar en los lounge chairs, dormir hasta tarde etc pero por las obras en to... read more

If I go back to Puerto Rico , I will not stay here again.. Rooms are super tiny, I was there Four nights and we didn’t have hot water in the shower. Comes in waves of 10 to 15 seconds and cold water comes for more time . Lighting also bad. Great location!
