This is NOT a Veterinarian Clinic to go for anything seriously wrong with your dog. I've waited a couple of months to write this review so as to not do so without results from the experience. I made several calls to different clinics after finding a problem on my dog and THRIVE was the first to return my call with an opening the same day. This place is a JOKE. I hear that their other locations are decent, but this one in particular is horrid - an absolute insult to recommend anyone to go here. My puppies were rapidly losing weight and had every sign of having worms - like literally, physical worms IN their poop... I brought the poop sample in, didnt heard from them for 2 days and finally had to call them myself - they told me the puppies tested negative for worms... we had to do multiple other crappy, waste-of-time things in order to finally get my puppies... read more

Vet misdiagnosed my puppy who had a fractured hip. Due to the fact she was hurt and scared she assumed distemper or rabies.. she even notified the county and talked to me about putting her down!!! I was so distraught I had to call in to work. My baby is now healed and perfectly happy and healthy.. no thanks to this vet. WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I could give no stars.

So disappointed. Because I really actually like this place and appreciate the affordable prices. But the inconsistency and poor communication (and straight up INACCURATE information) among employees is astounding. I signed my dog up for the heartworm prescription service (per the encouragement of an employee/technician) -- it's supposed to text reminders for refill and ship them to you in the mail. This place has not great place! Let me tell why, I made an appointment with Thrive Vet Care for my 7 months puppy. What I do not like about is they took my puppy back to be examined in the back area that room has the door with a little window blurred. I can't see in there. Would you allow them take ur kid alone back to be examined in the back room? The assistant vet asked me did my puppy sprayed. I said no and I don't want to. She was trying push on me about spaying my puppy. Again, I said no. They charge me $99 + $15 e... read more

DON'T go in as a "walk-in" in otherwise they won't see your pet. It's a Saturday afternoon and most Veterinary clinics are closed or close early. My dog started repeatedly gagging as if she was going to throw up and what also seemed like she was struggling to breathe. I was panicked, in tears and quickly googled my nearest Veterinary clinic.
