I took my dog in for vaccines and two days later she got kennel cough and the soonest appointment they had to see her was in TEN DAYS. We will not be returning.

Terrible service! My dog has been really sick since yesterday and I was able to find an appointment at this location. They texted me at least 4 times today to let me know that they were running late in the appointments and they also sent a check-in form to let them know my dog's symptoms. I arrived there at 4:55 pm for a 5 pm appointment and waited for over an hour to get the call of a technician at 6:10 pm saying that my dog was supposed to be sedated. Out of the 4 times I've taken my dog here, I've had to reschedule the appointment twice, because the doc had a medical issue. I've also been given the wrong prescription by these fools, which made my dog extremely sick. These people are total amateurs. You get what you pay for.

This place is a disaster all the time, especially since COVID. It takes 3-4 weeks to schedule an appointment. They don't have any walk-ins (even if you pay for the yearly pet package). I ended up going to an emergency vet for a simple ear infection. They run late for every appointment, I sat in my car for 40 minutes waiting for them to call me and they have the audacity to call and act like nothing is wrong that they are that late. Nobody has any clue what's happening because the staff changes everyday. Sad day dude.... read more

I took my dog in for rabies and microchip and put on all paperwork filled out online that was all that I wanted. They get my dog inside and they re-vaccinated him with what he already had. Another vet out to take your money. Do not go there. They are a rip off.
There's a reason this place has so many 1 star reviews. Called this location in a panic this morning because puppy is sick, but not to the point of needing emergency care. Our normal vet was completely booked so took a chance on Thrive. They said they had a same day 1 pm appt available so I completely rearranged my work schedule. Got a call 10 minutes later that they double booked the 1 pm slot and we were the unlucky customer to lose the appointment. I now see why there are so many poor reviews, The front desk lady at 8am June 20,2020 extremely unprofessional, I showed up 13 min late after driving 45 min to get to their location and she felt she had a reason to cancel my appointment when they had no customers at their location while she wanted to further cancel and waste my time. If you can avoid going to this "Vet" please do so. Otherwise you will regret it. I brought my doggie for his vaccines and flea treatment, he has an anxiety and fear problem which was the reason he was wearing a muzzle. Because of Covid-19 they came outside to my car and got him so I couldn't go with him. This place is really unprofessional. They give you an appointment that you're expected to be on time for- but then they leave you sitting outside in your car for an hour or even longer depending on how far behind schedule they are; but won't answer the phone if you call to see how much longer your wait is.
