I made the call to the dispatcher around 7:00 and by 8:00 Jason was here and completed the job with no problems very fast and efficient. I would recommend TLC to anyone how needs a plumber in the albuquerque area.
Very professional treatment and resolution of our plumbing issues. Rudy M. was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions regarding the work. He cleaned up the area and ensured proper functioning before leaving our residence.
Jason was a very nice young man and got me all fixed up quickly and correctly.
A hot-water tank installation by TLC's Miguel seemed to have gone nicely, but when I checked the garage at 9:00pm there was a substantial leak near the cold water input. I called the TLC emergency number, and was connected with a technician, Terence N*****. Rather than inconvenience us by telling us to turn off the water to the house and to call back in the morning, Terence said he would gladly come out (despite the late hour) and fix the problem. Jason M. installed a new faucet and re-did the pipes and trap to the sink and garbage disposal. He was fast, efficient, and very professional. I would definitely use TLC Plumbing again.

I have nothing but positive experiences today. First with the person who answered the phone to the servoce person Travis . I am very pleased with how he explained things, was always pleasant, and made suggestions as to what the outcome of the repairs would be in the long term and did put pressure on me to make an immediate decision. He even spoke to my nephew on the phone so he would have accurate information to make an informed choice.
Jason was here on time, explained what he was doing and left his work area clean and tidy. TLC could use more Jasons.
