Keanu and Simm arrived promptly at around 10 am. They called me several times to say they were on their way, though I didn't hear the phone. They completely checked out my furnace to be sure it was clean, well functioning and safe. They demurred at looking at the level of coolant in my refrigerated air compressor, saying it would be better to do that in the spring.
