I contacted TLC after our washing machine started backing up. They sent our technician Will S. within 2 hours. Will was professional and was able to get the blockage cleared up quickly. He gave us a 90 day warranty as well. I am satisfied with Will S. and TLC's service.

Rich W. called, said he'd here in 20 min and arrived in 22. Diagnosed problem with clogged toilet, and fixed the problem in 10 min. Very professional. Explained what to do with my low flush toliet

Called TLC at 7:45AM requesting plumbing work for a clogged toilet and had a technician named Anthony S**** at the house within 2-hours. Anthony was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the situation and quickly fixed the problem. I HIGHLY recommend TLC Plumbing and Utility and ask for Anthony S****....he is good.

Brian R. was professional, courteous, prompt and helpful. He fixed the initial problem I had with my furnace and identified a possible future problem. We discussed long term and short term solutions. He is coming back this week to address this issue. I couldn't be more pleased with the service he provided.

Will S. Came promptly when scheduled to clean out a clogged sewer main line. He quickly took care of the problem, which turned out to be root growth. His quick and courteous service was exactly what i expected from all past dealings with TLC, I highly recommend them to anyone.

Levi B***** came to service the water heater 12/14/17. He arrived on time and was very professional. He checked all equipment and took the time to make sure that the system was running correctly, he took the time to look into why the house was not heating correctly and made all adjustments necessary.
