Does not print 3,000 pages There is no way in heck this supposedly high-yield cartridge prints 3,000 pages. I'm not 2/3 of the way through a ream of paper (500 pages) and it's telling me I'm out of toner. Over-priced and insufficient. Unfortunately, my printer stops working if I try to use non-Brother cartridges. I'm not happy.
Toner cartridge didn't work I bought this a few months ago to have on hand for whenever my toner ran out. Unfortunately, that meant that by the time I tried to use it the return window had closed. The toner cartridge was straight up broken - it could not be read by the printer and made an aggressive clicking sound each time the printer tried to read it. It sounds like something within the toner cartridge is seized or rattling around - very frustrating, as I now have a $70ish paperweight that I can't return.

Horrible print quality with <1 month usage of new Brother Genuine Cartridge TN760 & Drum Unit DR730 On 12/30/2021 I purchased Brother Genuine Cartridge TN760 High Yield Black Toner & Brother Genuine Drum Unit DR730 for my HL-L2395DW and the print quality is horrible -- very faint & missing coverage. The toner sounds like it has rocks in it. Seems I got a set of lemons with this order. I installed the drum and toner 1/8/2022 and as of 2/1/2022 I cannot even read the output -- this in not normal for brother products.
NOT GENUINE- BEWARE Bought this product, the two pack. Went thru both toners in less than six months. I have medium printing needs, maybe, at most, a dozen documents a week. Have had multiple issues. Toner either does not print at all Or printer is showing error code- about "drum"- and I have to eject and re-place- and try printing again. Printer does not report that toner is low at all. DOA Sounds like clumped up toner inside Opened this up to replace my old cartridge and it didn't work at all. Toner inside when you shake sounds like it's all clumped up.
Money Pit This toner gave me a few hundred pages before my Brother printer said I was out of toner again and stopped printing. So much for 3,000. Some serious QC issues.
Absolute crap Reviewing the original TN760 that came with the printer from Brother, so I know it is not fake. It is supposed to print 3000 pages, printed exactly 243 - absolutely horrible. Even if some of the pages had pictures, it cannot be this bad. Save your money and buy non branded replacement toner.
Doesn’t work Toner came empty, biggest scam I’ve seen in a long time. Very clever to ask you to order it so early so you can’t return it when you actually switch toner!
