One was good and one was bad Ordered before we ran out of toner. Put the new one in and it did not work. Had to use the other new one and now 2 days past return window
the second one won't work, we've tried everything & now they say its too late to return, DONT RECCOMEND getting in bulk
Never again Never got to use it. It didn’t work in my printer even though it was compatible
Not Genuine Brother Cartridges Ink ran out within 2 months. These aren't genuine Brother cartridges.
Poorer quality than the off brand This printed 1/6 the amount that the off brand did, and the quality is not any better, so I suggested saving some money and getting the cheaper ones! No reason to get the factory brand - in fact it is a MUCH WORSE deal if you do so!
Loud Clacking Noise When I installed the toner it made my printer sound like it was going to rattle apart. After checking the new toner found the toner was not useable because the powder was dried up like a brick in the cartridge. I do not recommend buying this brand of toner.

Bad cartridge I purchased it for my office and I've had to replace these toner cartridges after a hundred prints at most. I bought these printers hoping to save money in the long term and may now have to replace them
Knockoff product As soon as I set this up my printer said “low toner.” Either this is a knockoff or Brother has awful quality control. Given Amazon’s reputation, I’m guessing it’s a knockoff.
