But it didn't end there as Tom has been keeping an eye out for better rates, and I was able to refinance shortly after purchasing. I felt the Toms team is very easy to reach and work with them. With my previous mortgage broker, I need to call many times and some times I felt that it is hard to reach them. With Tom and the team, the mortgage rates are better and process is straight forward. We need people like them in the financial industry.
