He helped me lock in a very good interest rate and was able to reduce my minimum payments and my APR with a very low cost closing. 2. Tom is incredibly responsive and helpful. He is always available, no matter the time of day (or night), he patiently and clearly explains everything, and he always gets the best rate and terms (I have used him on several purchase and refinancing occasions). I would not consider anybody else the next time I am buying or refinancing, or recommending a lender to a friend or relative!

The process was easy and they helped me all the way. Team was very nice and followed up with needed requirements. The only thing that was missed in my case was the amount of down payment. I was asking for 25% but at the end it was only 20%.
