Tom and his team made the entire mortgage process easy and relatively stress-free! We were first time homebuyers, so didn't have too much knowledge of the mortgage process starting out. Tom is always available to reach by phone or email throughout the process, which is extremely helpful for a first time buyer. Very quickly he is able provide necessary documentation, approval, etc. He is also extremely knowledgeable in the options and benefits in the ways to structure the financing of a deal. When I was looking around for a lender I asked my coworker if he liked the company where he got his mortgage and my coworker emphatically said "yes" which I thought was strange. I'm so glad I asked though, because working with Tom was a low-stress affair.
