Tom is always available to reach by phone or email throughout the process, which is extremely helpful for a first time buyer. Very quickly he is able provide necessary documentation, approval, etc. He is also extremely knowledgeable in the options and benefits in the ways to structure the financing of a deal. All around awesome experience!

I'm so glad I asked though, because working with Tom was a low-stress affair.
