This is the third loan that we have closed with Tom and every time it is just as flawless as the time before. Since I have already closed 2 mortgages with Tom, he has made the third one pretty easy and hassle free. He is always reachable and gave me a better rate than the market price and without paying any closing cost. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will continue to use him in the future.
