Tom is really great to work with. My wife and I decided to refinance so we could make some upgrades in our home. I had worked with Tom before and contacted him to get the ball rolling. Tom and Guaranteed Rate were Great! I found the whole process to be very convenient and their use of technology was efficient. I was able to submit everything needed for the loan application via email and signed my documents electronically using the secured service of DocuSign. I never looked for a refinance however Tom promised at thebtimenof my initial mortgage that he will keep actively looking to better my terms and he kept calling me every quarter to update the market situation. After a few occasions of asking me to hold on to my current mortgage arrangement he called sometime early September to inform me of a refinance opportunity which made me reduce my loan from 30 years to 20 years. But it didn't end there as Tom has been keeping an eye out for better rates, and I was able to refinance shortly after purchasing.
