Tom responds very quickly to any request; any time I needed an advice he was responding almost immediately. He was able to get me a very competitive interest rate and the loan closed perfectly on time.
Tom knows this process well and is top in the class. He has automated the process and is very simple to do. I do electronic signature of the pages and only have to fax copies of about a dozen documents and they take it from there. If I leave a message, I hear back quickly and with answers I understand. First rate!
