Tom and his staff helped me to refinance in June 2016. I was able to get a great rate even though I had some older credit issues. Everyone answered all my questions and also went the extra mile to coordinate with a secondary lien holder. Now I have a mortgage that allows me to have no stress and save for retirement.

On the day of our closing, all parties (buyers, both attorneys, and both agents) were at the title company ready to close on the house. The title company said that the closing was not until the next day because the closing documents had the wrong date. Tom and his amazing team were able to get all of the closing documents changed to the correct date in less than an hour!
