From my first contact with Tom until closing, he was prompt with responding to questions, updating me on rate changes, assisting with modifications and following up on my satisfaction. The rates were some of the lowest that could be found. Couple that with the low loan initiation fees and you get a total loan package that is difficult to beat. You may find lower rates or lower loan closing costs, but you have to look at the whole package to determine which is better for yourself and Tom can help you through it.

Tom is extremely communicative, easy to reach and has an established network of professionals to make things easy. I had an original loan through him some years back and have used him to exclusively to refinance the loan thereafter. Application process was a breeze, closing was great. I have had nothing but a good experience with Tom and his team.
