I have to thank Tom and his team for the excellent and hard work they put together to have us close before our rent renewed which saved us tons of time and money! Regards of the day/time Tom was always available to answer questions and his knowledge of the current market and rate is exceptional. I worked with Tom and his team in March of 2015 when I purchased my condo. They were wonderful to work with as they were very responsive to questions and very timely with all of the different aspects of securing the loan. When I went to signing both realtors were impressed with the rate I was getting. Recently I called Tom about refinancing, and he was right there to discuss it. No matter how large or small your loan is, Tom and his team treat with the same respect and attention to detail.

Tom is incredible. He is available any time you need him: around the clock, any day of the week. Tom has helped us with a number of purchase and refinance mortgages over the years, and is far better than anyone I’ve encountered in the industry. He identifies and explains in easy-to-understand detail all financing options, has the best rates in town, is honest, and is amazingly responsive. I have done five refi's with Tom and his team over the years--he has saved me tens of thousands of dollars! Thankful my Son in Law used Tom first and told me,,,I told my son and he has used Tom...in all I think we have done about 15 transactions with Tom over the last decade. If he weren't the best, we would not go back! He's the best--available 24/7 and professional at solving problems. Plus, you can't beat his costs and we all shopped around before committing ...he's always the best cost and best service

Tom has the right mix of interpersonal skills and industry knowledge. Buying a new home or refinancing can be stressful, but Tom takes the time to understand your needs and provide advice. As a bonus, his rates are very competitive. Tom's open lines of communication, expertise, and strong supportive team separate him from his competitors. I've worked with Tom for 9 years, on multiple transactions and have and would continue to highly recommend him.
