Tom Lavallee with Guaranteed Rate did an amazing job getting my mortgage processed after a big bank lender wasted a month of my time. He communicated quickly and efficiently. I would have lost the purchase of the investment property if it was not for his team. I'd recommend him to physicians and other professionals with high student loan balances.

Tom is very quick to respond to all the questions and entire process conducted by his team is flawless and effortless for me.
