I have used Tom twice to purchase a home and this time to refinance and he never disappoints. He is easy to work with, extremely thorough and follows through in expedient fashion. Tom Lavallee and all of his team were a pleasure to work with. They are very efficient and professional, closing my mortgage in less than 30 days from start to finish.
