Tom is extremely communicative, easy to reach and has an established network of professionals to make things easy. I had an original loan through him some years back and have used him to exclusively to refinance the loan thereafter. Application process was a breeze, closing was great. I have had nothing but a good experience with Tom and his team.
Tom was wonderful to work with. Tom and his team were always very receptive to every question we had. He even called us from his family vacation! He was very dedicated to us from the start to finish. We will be using Tom and his team for future plans.

Tom and his team did an excellent job assisting us with our mortgage process, from pre-approval to closing. The rates and closing costs were well within our expectations and he constantly followed up with us to make sure everything kept moving along. And he helped us refinance to a lower rate in January 2018 by letting us know rates had dropped and making sure our closing costs were minimal. We would definitely use his services again.
I have worked with Tom on 4 different transactions over the last 10 years including 2 new purchases and a couple of refi's. Every time, Tom and his team have been awesome. They do a wonderful job of communicating, leverage technology to make things easy and fast, and do an outstanding job of following up. I have recommended Tom several times and this last time, my Realtor was so impressed that she asked if it was OK for her to start referring him to her clients. I said, "OF COURSE!"
