I have worked with Tom Lavalee twice to refinance my mortgage. He and his team were extremely responsive and diligent in following up and closing my refinance. We completed the refinance without any surprises and would recommend Tom Lavalee and his team.
Our lender provided funds we requested without incident. Guaranteed rate funded the mortgage refi and was sold to another bank. We close the mortgage in about 3 weeks, the title company came to our home and we were very satisfied with the process.
Tom is excellent at what he does. Always super helpful, very responsive. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed for my loan. I knew everything I needed to know, he kept me informed at every step of the process, and there were no surprises throughout the process or at closing. I plan to work with Tom again on my next house purchase. I honestly highly recommend Tom and his team to all my family and friends.
