My wife and I have turned to Tom Lavalee for our mortgage needs (first and second mortgage, refinancing, etc) for over 12 years. Tom is extremely responsive, very friendly and answers every question with great detail. He is also honest, stating exactly what he can provide, rather than "over selling" you and then "under delivering." We give Tom our highest recommendation.

Tom Lavallee from Guaranteed Rate was great. He was always checking in with us to see if everything was occurring to our satisfaction. He was also very flexible quite often talking to us after 8PM when we were available. I would recommend Tom to anyone, and myself hope he is still in the biz for a while because I foresee us using Guaranteed Rate and Tom again!

Tom is there day and night working to get the job done. I’ve called him at 10PM and on the weekends and he is there to answer all questions. His team is fantastic as well. I’ve used Tom for a refinance and a new home purchase and I couldn’t recommend anybody higher than Tom and his team.
