Tom and his team made our refinance process worry free. I even had a call from Tom on the weekend to make sure if we had any concerns. That is what I call "going on beyond the call of duty"! We continually received updates from his team through out the short process.Thank You Team and Tom

Tom is beyond measure, dedicated to his profession. I have refinanced various properties with him since 2002 and never come up short. He always follows through on his promise is notify me when rates drop to make it worth my while to refinance. His team is beyond reproach and the process cannot be easier. Tom Lavallee is highly experienced and very involved with the customer as they are going through the lending process. Our recent sale/purchase was a dream thanks to Tom and his staff. Every other person involved ie lawyers, real estate people were amazed at how easy and thorough our mortgage was.Tom and his knowledgeable staff are always attentive, thorough and customer friendly.
