Tom has a focus on providing value to me as a customer. If he knows of a way I can do better than the programs he can offer, he advises me on how to get the better deal. Not everyone can say that about their mortgage broker who just wants the close so he can get paid. All along the process of closing on a home, Tom and his team are right there every step of the way communicating and helping with every question you could possibly have. The online process is very easy to follow but Tom and his team never let you feel like you are not getting personal attention.
