I have worked with Tom and his team for several years. He has provided me excellent rates and guidance through re-fis and a home purchase. He proactively follows up with me to ensure my questions are answered and all is going well with the process. He even called me during my home purchase closing to see how it was going. He’s a gem in this business.

Tom is extremely responsive, very friendly and answers every question with great detail. Tom Lavallee from Guaranteed Rate was great. He was always checking in with us to see if everything was occurring to our satisfaction. He was also very flexible quite often talking to us after 8PM when we were available. I would recommend Tom to anyone, and myself hope he is still in the biz for a while because I foresee us using Guaranteed Rate and Tom again!
Tom is there day and night working to get the job done. I’ve called him at 10PM and on the weekends and he is there to answer all questions. His team is fantastic as well. I’ve used Tom for a refinance and a new home purchase and I couldn’t recommend anybody higher than Tom and his team.
