This company is EXTREMELY deceitful and sketchy. At 5:30PM on a Friday night, someone knocked on my door claiming to be from my utility company. I could barely understand a word the guy was saying - he was extremely intimidating and smelt like weed. He said that Tomorrow Energy was now the supplier for both my gas and electric company and needed to see my bills. He literally explained nothing more to me, took my bills, punched it into an iPad and then had me sign it. One of the questions on the iPad said - Is the salesperson... read more

Someone came to the door claiming to be from the utility company and said they sent them because of incorrect meter readings. Person had id and bills to verify they were from the utility company. After looking at my bill they took two numbers took my phone and then signed me up to change utility companies without my consent. They forged my signature and answered the questions falsely in order to do it. On top of the the gentlemen appeared to be scanning the area by asking questions like “Do you live alone?”, “Do you have a h... read more

Same story here with guy showing up at my door except he told me this was a system update for ppl and ugi. Got a letter saying I signed up and thanks for switching but I did NOT agree to switch, in fact I told the guy I was not interested. Calling ugi and ppl tomorrow to stay with them and calling tomorrow energy to remove me from their system completely. I will not pay for something that I did not agree to

Two people came to my door and claimed they are from PSE&G NJ, got my electric and gas bill, and took my account numbers. Later on, they sent me a text, which signed me up for a 24-month fixed-rate contract with $75 Early Termination Fee. The two salesmen only told me they are from PSE&G and tried to make sure I choose a local supplier with a better rate. Completely a scam.

Guy shows up later in the evening when most people are relaxing. Asks for electric bill. Says by switching I can save money. Asks for phone. Ends up deleting an email the company sends. Never mentions a cancellation fee at all. I receive a letter in the mail stating you can cancel within three days, but by the time I receive it, I can’t without paying a ridiculous fee. Such a scam. Apartment complex has a sign saying “no soliciting” yet he thinks he can waltz past it?
Business response:

A representative from Tomorrow Energy just came to my apartment advising that she was here to provide service on my JCP&L account. She didn't identify herself and the only reason I know she represented the company was the t-shirt she was wearing with the company's name and logo. JCP&L did not send her here to provide service on my account. That was a complete misrepresentation and misleading. Although I am experienced enough to question this, many others are not which is evidenced by other reviews on this site indicating tha... read more
