This company takes advantage of the variable rate once your fixed rate runs out!!!!! I autopay my bill and it's on a budget and I assumed everything was good because the budget just changed slightly and then I get a bill for $750.00 because the rate changed to an ungodly amount!!!! What kind of budget billing is that?? DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not use this electrical supplier. They come to your door and lure you in with phrases like "we will save you money!" and "Clean energy". What they really mean is, we will sign you up at a cheap price and when your contract is up, we will charge you triple the original price. I never received ad email or letter in regards to the increase. This is dishonest in my opinion, and will not use this company again. They do not deserve any stars.

Burned for a second time, shame on me. If you do not cancel your FIXED RATE plan when it ends, they will certainly bump that VARIABLE RATE up to ridiculous amounts. For example, my contract ended in September. My October 'price to compare' from Atlantic City Electric was 11 cents per KWH. Tomorrow Energy charged me 32 CENTS PER KWH!!!! When you call to cancel you get a pre-recorded bullshit message about how prices are high everywhere. This company came to my door and represented that they were there from my electric company. They told me they had billing complaints from my complex, and they needed to look at my bill. I showed them, and they said that I was being charged too much for some service charge, and that I was due a bill credit. I wasn't thinking, so I gave them information. No stars!! SCAMMERS!! This man came to my door banging loudly. He lied and told me he worked for ******* and that I was due to an account update because they didn't do correctly when I moved in. He proceeded to take my phone to complete a questionnaire and view my ******* bill. I asked multiple times how they were part of *******. He said we're the provider for them. Total SCAM!!! kid knocked on my door. proceeded to convince me I'm paying 3 separate energy providers. So, I reluctantly signed up. my electric bill was 166.52 then Tomorrow energy charges me 368.00 on top of my electric Bill. I'm disabled and on a fixed income. The Kid told me it would lower my bill. I received a call on 9/9/2022; their sale representative pretended to be a part of my utility and offered me a discount on my bill. He did not give me adequate information and asked me to answer the questions in yes whereas I did not agree with what he was saying, but he kept forcing me to sign up. Guy came to my door, pounding away at it like its an emergency. I answer the door. He claims to be with my supplier as a "third party" didn't really discuss much after this, didn't really understand he was so incoherent. He stated "you will get a phone call saying asking if I was wearing a badge!" he made sure that part was loud and clear.
