Tomorrow energy is a complete scam. PPL electric in Pennsylvania pushed it on me because they're part of the scam. I saved 1 cent per kilowatt for a year....... Was told that there was no contract and that I could stop service at any time. Come to find out there's a $75 fee if you do stop service. If you don't cancel service on the day it is up one year after you agree, they make you go to what's called month to month. $0.30 per kilowatt instead of 9 cents. A 212% increase. Instead of getting a bill for about $130 per month ... read more
DO NOT USE Tomorrow Energy Corp This company screwed me bad; charging me over 386% more after the Fixed Rate annual contract ended. It went from 7.7cents to 29.9cents per KH. My only contact from them was a welcome email on Sep 27, 2021 and a welcome letter around the same time. With no contact via email nor mail since then and I did not want to eat a $75 early termination fee. I tried to log into their website to find the exact end date, but it sends a message to my email that, "The User Name for this email address is null"... read more

Good day Mr. ******, thank you for your review and the opportunity to respond to your concerns. When you enrolled with Tomorrow Energy in September of 2021, you selected a 12-month plan, which locked in the selected rate for the length of your term. As your fixed-rate term approached its expiration, we sent two renewal notices by regular U.S mail with options on how to proceed with your account. Due to no response, your account transitioned to the month-to-month variable rate. Also, please note that we have escalated the det... read more
Lauren K. A canvasser came to my door around 5 pm. I asked to look at her identification. She showed me an old piece of paper in plastic on a lanyard. The name on the "badge" was so faded, you could barely make out the name, which, I was told was Tomorrow Energy. When I said I'd stick with Peco she said "Well, we're part of Peco/". I responded, "you should do a mailing instead of going door too door and putting people on the spot. They need time to look at the informatoin...just a suggestion. She said their name was on my Pe... read more

Good day Ms. ****, thank you for your review and the opportunity to address your concerns. All of Tomorrow Energy’s independent sales representatives are expected to wear Tomorrow Energy uniforms and present Tomorrow Energy identification badges. In addition, the sales representatives are trained not to represent themselves as part of the utility. For these reasons, and based on your review, we have initiated an investigation to determine which sales representative visited your home so that we can provide additional coaching... read more
Back in September a canvasser approached my storm door. He stated that I have the highest electric usage of any unit in the building (I am WFH). He added "AEP is going to raise their rates" continuing that I could lock in a lower rate with Tomorrow Energy. He suggested I unplug appliances not in use. Envisioning savings I made sure to unplug the dual window AC-heater! November is my anniversary month on budget plan. Horrified to see $272 supplier fee added ballooning my total bill over $500! I'm back with AEP. I want this su... read more
I didn't know what I was getting into. Salesman claimed he was from the utility company and would be able to adjust my bill and save me money. He said he was there because the neighbors were complaining about high energy rates. He seemed legitimate with badges and solicitation permits. I did not know I was entering a contract. I did not even see any contract or the third party validation form until it was emailed to me. He said my bill needed to be adjusted. He said I could cancel at anytime. But I read there was a $75.00 te... read more
Came to my door claiming to be from my current provider and adjusting rates for winter. Asked to see my bill and clicked through a bunch of pages on his tablet then said everything is good. Then I get an email of an agreement to tomorrow energy as a new supplier.
Business response:
Mr. *****, we apologize for your recent experience with the sales representative. All of Tomorrow Energy’s independent sales agents are trained to properly disclose who they are representing and the reason for their visit. Our records indicate that you have requested to cancel the enrollment that was processed for your electric account, so your services will not be switched over to Tomorrow Energy. Please email us at assistance@tomorrowenergy.com if you have any additional questions or concerns you would like addressed or co... read more
A Tomorrow Energy representative (wearing a badge of another competitor, who I have a contract with currently) visited my neighborhood, knocking on doors. He claimed that there was an error on my PECO bill, and he would help resolve the issue. It was a bait and switch to sign up for Tomorrow Energy service, and he never disclosed his employer's name. He forged my signature (misspelled, even!) on the order transfer paper, and never stated anything about switching service providers. I didn't know what happened until I got conf... read more

This company came to my door and represented that they were there from my electric company. They told me they had billing complaints from my complex, and they needed to look at my bill. I showed them, and they said that I was being charged too much for some service charge, and that I was due a bill credit. They wanted me to sign an agreement. I asked them what they were doing and he said I needed to sign an agreement just to reduce the supplier fee. I asked again if they were from a different supplier, and again he said no. ... read more
My bill was up to $240 for no reason. I have a 400sq ft home. Once I cancelled the bill went down to $96. Literally just taking money from people.
