I’m just noticing that my electric bill is being charged from Tomorrow Energy and I have never given my info to this company, I was wondering why my bill was getting high and I see that I was getting double charged. How do I get reimbursed for all of the charges that I knew nothing about?

Bad training to their sellers never say what they are doing they pretend to be peco workers, in the end they tell you that the electricity you sign here is very high so that they go down, which they make you a contract, today December 23 it happened to me and now I am seeing how I cancel the contract I already sent emails I tried to call but it says that they are already closed

The representative came to my door, fed me some pre-written line, and acted as if they were an extension of the gas and electric company. I went along with it at first but it felt strange. They were collecting my account numbers, asked for my phone number, and had me virtually sign an agreement. It was only until they tried to get a recording of my vocal authorization that I finally said I was uncomfortable. I don't understand how this company legally operates due to how they conduct business. Their sales reps lie and say they are from your gas or electric company and force themselves on you into your home and slam you even when you didn't consent or authorize a switch. I find it disgusting that this company trains their sales reps to lie and take advantage of people. It took me three phone calls to get them to stop and eliminate the cancelation fee since I canceled before 24 hours and I'm still here stressed out that they will ... read more

I highly recommend you DO NOT use this company and explore other options. They are neglectful with their work, inappropriately charge you, and their customer service is embarrassing. I called multiple times to de-active an account and they never de-actived it. They basically never did their job. I got charged an excessive amount of money and they gaslit me into thinking I was in the wrong. I requested call notes and audit of all communication. This company is sleazy. My rate of 6 kwt ended after 2 years of paying my bills on time. They refused to give me a decent reapply rate. They offered me 13 kwt deal. So I took 16 days to switch to another company. I am wishing that I had switched sooner, but I had no idea what they were goint to do. The new company was able to offer me a rate of 8 kwt, so this high rate was not based on my area or my credit. They charged me monthly based on a variable rate per kwh that was more than 3X's the rate of my local Company (JCP&L). Overcharge was more than $2,000 for a 12 month period and they refuse to give me a credit for it. Terrible customer service. On hold forever and when I finally got to a supervisor, she did absolutely nothing. I cannot give this Company a lower rating.

I left a 1 If it could be a negative 10 I would choose that!! Tomorrow Energy has Sales Reps stand outside the mailbox the day the electric bills arrive. In one customer's case they opened the bill with a 14-year-old daughter and took a picture. of the Bill - Next thing the Tomorrow Energy Account was on the bill. And double charging the customer for energy. when the customer called - they told the customer that hey could not tell who the Rep was that signed them up. . Then who got the commission?
