A salesman came to my door and made it seem as if he was with Delmarva Power, making sure I got rebates I qualified for. Not once did he disclose what company he was with and that I was agreeing to switch suppliers. When he requested I record my name and agreement to sign up I realized what was happening and told him I wasn’t comfortable, no thanks. He told me it was stupid that I didn’t want rebates, he became rude and I also was rude because who does legit business like that? NO THANKS.

Two sales reps from Tomorrow Energy came to my door. The one who talked spoke to me rudely and was not honest about what she was doing there. She said she was there related to BGE's Empower program. She asked to see my bill and pointed to the word Empower. She said since Empower saves you money, she was there to make sure that I got rewards every month. A company rep with Tomorrows Energy talked my elderly mom into signing with them. They charged my mom double for her energy. AES charges 10 cents per kw and Tomorrows Energy was charging 19 cents. We just canceled with them and they said 1-2 billing cycles before she sees the change on her bill. She is on social security and can't afford this scam. She lives in the tiniest apartment ever. Tomorrow Energy ********* me for their gain of $424.00. I am a disabled veteran, they called me. they lied and said it would be my best route for retirement to keep my bill at a low rate. they took my bills trippled.....

They sold this plan as something ******* ******was going to and not optional. Now I’m stuck with an early termination fee and automatic renewal.

They came to my house, made it seem like they were working with my gas company and there had been complaints in the area so they were going around helping people lower their gas bill. I'm a new home owner and not familiar with this type of thing. They said it was going to lower my bill and they were helping everyone in the neighborhood. I signed up with Tomorrow Energy because of a great rate (6.89kWh) for 12-months. I've just been paying the bill through autopay as time went by. They claim they sent me mail stating that the contract was expiring and that I was to be put on their VARIABLE month-to-month plan upon expiration. Low and behold they raised my rate to 31 cents per kWh. That is highway robbery!! That rate is almost x5 the previous rate that I was paying.
