The financial department is very sneaky . They jacked up my loan amount and said financial charges . They need to be honest and show everything in black and white before signing . They also jacked up the online price and said it’s dealers service fees . I ended up paying 3 K above the advertised price in the end .

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! This dealership will do whatever it takes to make a deal, even if that means violating the Texas Deceptive Practices Act and FTC Act Section 5: Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices. I phoned about a car advertised on your site for a used car on Wednesday evening to pay cash and purchase for our nephew. I was assured by Jaden that the car was still available and was made an early morning appointment on Thursday the next day. I am absolutely furious with my experience at Town East Ford in Mesquite. I spent three days going back and forth with a sales guy named Saul about leasing a Ford Mach-E Premium. We agreed on the terms, and I made sure to confirm the details not once, not twice, but three separate times before making the drive—because I live an hour away! Price was thousands higher when I got there than advertised on Car Gurus. Dealer add ons. Bait and Switch. Didn't appreciate that.

Overall I was happy with the experience. Kikki, though new, was courteous and respectful, making her someone I’d consider working with again as she gains more experience and product knowledge in her sales role. bertha was nice and attentive but over all dealership experience was alright, they didn’t fill up the gas before i bought the car, their “detailing” before the sale was okay too, i didn’t see major improvements of cleanliness when i got the car versus when i was test driving it. matter fact, i was told the center console compartment wouldve been much cleaner (it’s hella dirty) after the purchase and after they detail it, but it was not touched up at all. prob gunna take it to an actual detailer tmr.
