In my career I've leased or purchased more than a hundred vehicles. When purchasing vehicles for my own use I have always taken a business approach to the purchase. I was recently referred to Chad, when my new Explorer was experiencing a few minor issues with the Sync System. His approach to issue and his accomodating "can do" atitude, is much appreciated. He took a personal interest in helping me resolve the issues with the vehicle. As a result of my positive experience, my wife has now decided to take her Edge to Chad, in the future. We both appreciate having Chad as our service advisor and look forward to working with him in the future.

saleman amos zain, was very curteous and helpful with the vehicle we purchase. And he went over all the feature in the vehicle,I think he is very knowable in the service, and the benefit that Ford Motor offer .

Excellent customer service, great value & fair price for my trade in with absolutely ZERO haggling. I was in & out in 2 hours with my new car. I want everyone to use this dealership.

in and out in about 2.5 hours. that's how I like to buy a car. Lance was great, gave us several options that we could afford and then let us decide. no pressure.

I had previously purchased a used vehicle from Town East Ford. I got a car that I really liked at a great price. It was a very nice car until someone turned in front of me and totaled my car. Town East called and said to come in and they would help with the Gap claim and see about getting a different vehicle. Aaron worked hard in finding something in my price range with hardly any money to put down. Ended up getting a brand new Ford Ranger XLT right at the monthly payments I wanted.
