They keep my car way to long which made me have to pay very high rental fees and also let my battery run down costing me to to buy a new battery. So no I was not pleased with the service.

2 hours for an oil change? I have no words, I also wanted my car detailed but after that I don’t trust it. Also I had an appointment at 8:30 and I was help by someone else almost 10 minutes after arrival

The oil change and state inspection went alright, I had asked about a noise I had in the front wheel. My initial thought was brakes or wheel bearing. The came back and said it was the motor mount and would cost $1,500.00. I could not understand how they came up with a motor mount for this as motor mounts do not move. I took it to a shop I trust and sure enough, it was a wheel bearing. $400.00. So I would have spent $1,500.00 for work I did not need and it would have not fixed the problem. Initially I gave the sales person a 5 star. They hit you with this as soon as you have signed. Even before car is delivered and features explained-or not. My buying experience turned out to be bad. Initially while buying everything was good, friendly etc. The salesman failed to notify me that they had added LOJACK to the car and charged me for it. Not good the lady she never say anything wait too long the car was dirty
Absolutely ZERO communication. Our vehicle was with Town East for almost 15 business days with no communication. I called and left multiple messages for my Service Advisor with no response. I had to visit the dealership twice to get information. The issue was a simple seatbelt restraint. I will never use this dealership again.

I’m sure there’s no point in posting a complaint however, the service here was terrible. Brought my car in for an oil change and 2 recalls to be fixed. I requested “the works” oil change which includes tire rotation but I wanted full synthetic instead. Apparently that ugrade is impossible so I was told it would be $129 for the oil change and $22 for the tire rotation. Well, it was $200 instead somehow. DO NOT TRUST! very shady and dishonest dealership. not to mention staff is disrespectful. After looking at a vehicle they told us they couldn’t agree to our price, that they didn’t even have $100 to take off as wiggle room. later that evening they called and agreed to our price if we’d come tomorrow. we said okay we will be there. drove back the next day (2.5hrs). as we’re filling out paperwork, they run mine and my husbands credit (mind you at this point we’ve offered a deposit 3x and they said it wasn’t necessary we were d... read more
Worst experience of my 60 years of car buying. Sales managers were rude, sold a car out from under me after price was agreed on and credit was approved. In my 45 years as a professional business person I have never dealt with a dealership and or any customers as poorly at this dealership handled my potential purchase. I plan on contacting the Bureau of Consumer Protection, and the Better Business Bureau in my area to report Town East Ford unethical dealings.
