La lleve para remplazar una parte, me espere 3 semanas para que estuviera lista nunca me llamaron para actualizarme. La parte salio dañada y tuve que regresar. Le dieron un golpe en la puerta y no se lo arreglaron. Cuando lo arreglen les daré un buen review!

The service was terrible! I was not in contact with them the entire time. My service advisor said she was calling me and leaving me voicemails but that was not the case. 1star is me being very generous because i was unable to put 0 stars! They had my car for a month to put on new tires and do an alignment!! The tires came within 3 days of my car being there and they gave me the run around with those . Just horrible overall. -1000000

The front was great, Edger took great care of me and kept me informed. The problem came with the technician he was working on my car. I came in for a state inspection oil change 45,000 mile maintenance and tire rotation. It was found that there was an open recall on my vehicle and was asked if I wanted that to be done. I said yes to the open recall to be fixed, thinking that all the other had been taken care of at that time. I take a lugnut off everytime to see if they do this "multi point" inspection. They never tell me about it.

Went in to buy a used vehicle. Price was agreed and credit was approved and the sales manager came in and told us the vehicle has just been sold to another customer that was willing to pay the same price plus an extended warranty. My credit took a hard hit by the dealer and Town East Ford refused to write a letter to the credit union to correct the hard hit on my credit. Sales team was horrible, once the deal was done they didn’t care about anything else even though there were items that were still pending. Jesus Suarez completely dropped the ball and failed to communicate on the status of the pending items!

I was not satisfied with the service turn my car in on Monday and still didn’t get to it. I had to rent a car out-of-pocket dispense.

I was less than impressed with my service appointment. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and I was told that the advisor on my paperwork was not at work that day. A different advisor helped me and advised since it was my first oil change that synthetic would be a good option and it would cost me about $80. I agreed to that charge and he told me I could wait in the waiting area. Everything was great except that when they brought the truck back they left the key in the gas door. I tried multiple times to call and David didn't answer so I had to drive to the dealership to find out where my key was. A simple email would have solved this problem.
