Worse customer service experience ever! !! Took 8 days to get truck after waiting for tunnel cover, 8 weeks for all terrain mats, and so far still waiting on license plate that came in last Friday and it’s Thursday. All I get as a response was “Sorry”. I’m afraid to take car there for service after all that they put me through. Salesman was great to work with.

Gerald was very condescending and unprofessional. Not sure why he was more concerned with being rude than having good customer service. Hopefully he gets better.
I recently had a very disappointing experience at Town East Ford, located at 18411 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy, Mesquite, Texas, on August 16, 2024. In the service department there was a CSR that lied to me. I dropped my truck off for recall repairs at 7:15am. The CSR took my information and said it would take several hours. I called around 2pm and the rep said it was not finished yet. 6:10pm I called and the first sales representative did not one to help and said I’m sorry we don’t have your truck but service opens the next day. Worst experience. I liked a car online, and when I went to go see if the first time I was handled with a lady who could care less about me buying. However I liked the car. (keep in my mind I have a lot of experience w car buying). Anyways, my family loved the car enough to come back the second day. It was a USED car. Service center is terrible. Despite an appointment it took 5.5 business days for them to even look at the car. When we brought it in we told them we needed it back by a certain date and of course we needed it back before they could even order the necessary parts. Customer service is non-existent as it seemed like I was the one having to chase them down.
I was quoted one price for the use of a rental car and had to pay double that amount. The original problem has still not been repaired. My vehicle was in the dealership repair shop for thirty days and is still not fixed. I asked for the price of new tires and was told they would let me know but have still not been told anything. Two parts are on backwater.I asked if they had ordered them and have still not been told anything. And the representative I spoke with at the dealership now ignores my calls and texts. Buyer BEWARE! ! - Unethical/Unfair Business Practices at Town East Ford (TEF) by Berkshire-Hathaway. On 7/29/24, I took my 2022 Bronco with 17300 miles to TEF Service for a leaking, driver-side CV Axle Shaft. I explained I had noticed the buildup of grease around the CV Axle Shaft boot over a year ago when I was removing the driver-side fender liner to install an oil debris catch can and noticed grease on the fender liner above the CV Axle Shaft. Poor communication from three different individuals at this dealership. We picked a car, filled out the credit app online to speed up the process and had an appointment confirmed to sign paperwork. After being told twice, once by Luis and once by Jermaine, that they would call us back with the answers to our questions we instead got an impersonal text message letting us know they sold the car to someone else.
