Somewhat of a good experience Purchased a 2014 F-150 pickup. I was happy with the purchase but was let down when I was given 1 key. Being it was a programmed key I knew it was an expensive item. When I asked for the second key I was told there was not one but to go to parts dept to find out the cost; it was $325-345...I don’t remember exact cost. Ford pick up Nice salesman. Good buying experience at first. negative I have say is doesn’t respond to emails. Used managers don’t respond to phone calls. Once sale is final there done. Had on going issues with used truck.
Non-Disclosure. Bait and Switch without honoring Price. I wanted to let the internet community know about the worst experience that I have ever had in attempting to buy a new car. Take to long to buy there and my car never was ready for me to take it so I have to take it dirty and with not gas I have to take it to the gas station after I bought it and the car never was clean in the inside cause it wasn’t enough time to clean it
Typical used car salesmen Purchased a $60,000 truck and was promised a spare tire that was missing. After weeks of the run around, no tire. The Crack We selected this company for their reviews, big mistake. Sales Reviews are not indicative of a good company because by default, ALL salesmen are nice except when they are under their quota, then constipation kicks in. Bought the truck but with hours of haggling and waiting Taylor was a great salesman! He was very friendly and helpful. However sales or finance department in charge of running numbers were difficult to deal with and tried every way possible to make me pay more than I wanted to. Several hours of negotiations went on and before I walked out we finally agreed to do $10 a month more than I originally asked. Dealers cheated me on rebate and ruined my credit The dealers offered me a ridiculous price(~MSRP) and pushed me to apply their autoloan to get the resonable price even I really want to pay by cash. They told me that I have to apply a loan to receive the rebate(actually it's a rebate for cash buyer!). But in fact there is no any finance rebate for the vehicle I was going to purchase.
