Horrible! Verbal discussions not honored at time to purchase. Within 3 hours of being told they would not honor their verbal statements, they told me both of they vehicles I was interested in were sold. I had called in to see what the $3,700 in dealer add ons were. 3 hours later they said they still have the vehicle and let's make a deal. I said I was at another dealer purchasing right now and they took $2,500 off and wanted me to drive 40 minutes back to their dealership. I contacted Town East Ford about a Ford Maverick Truck, VIN 3FTTW8H3XRRB19762, with a website advertised price as follows: MSRP $30,225; Dealer Discount -$4,716; Town East Price $25,509. After speaking with the sales representative, Diana M, I received a quote for $36,5225.08 which included $3695.00 of dealer added accessories. It seems like this dealership uses sketchy at best maybe even illegal tactics. After clearly stating the price of the vehicle online, once I called to get an out the door price the price had changed because of dealer add ons. They say those are non negotiable which according to laws in Texas are illegal. The Texas DMV states that the dealer ship must have all none title, taxes, and dealer doc fees stated on or in the online price. I believe the Texas DMV calls that a "bait and switch". Buyer Beware! I went to check out a 2020 Ford F150 advertised as a Certified Preowned vehicle. I worked with Wylie who was great. We get to the numbers and they added $4700 as dealer add ons!!! Claimed that it was the warranty! So the price they advertised online was bait and switch? Be careful! Disappointing that they waste your time all day. At the start of the process I asked if I could meet half way since it’s over 6 hours away from the dealer. They said that wouldn’t be a problem to do but then at the end the deal to go back on that with excuses on why I needed to come in. As a disabled veteran it is hard to be in vehicle which is why I clarified first or would have try another place. They like to play games with you. If you are not local I would avoid this dealership. Had a great experience with Blake in Sales! But Ozzie in finance slipped in a MPP that I told him I did not want and the way I found out was when he emailed me the Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Contract. Now I can't get him to remove it and send me a new contract. MAKE THEM SHOW YOU THE SALES CONTRACT AT THE DEALERSHIP! BAD BUSINESS!!!!! THIS GUY IS A FAST TALKER...BEWARE!!!!
Not a great experience, was lied to, and then was not helpful on helping to fix the car as needed, was just told to call the director who never called me back. Thankfully another car place helped me get the car fixed.

Bad customer Service, false information, charge extra fees without knowledge, worst part didn’t do the half of the work, I have to return hours later to get the job done, the place smells quite a bit like cigarettes, the crazy part When you prove to them that they are wrong, they get upset as if you were the one to blame.

No word on my truck and it’s been 3 weeks now. I do not recommend Town East Ford. I had to call to get a loaner. I should’ve been offered one since my truck is a King Ranch.
