My husband and I came for an oil change in my 2009 F150 and inspection for our 2005 F150. We left 5 hours later with a brand new 2011 F150 to replace the 2009 F150. WOW! Their staff from Service to Sales was outstanding - very honest and accommodating. We have always bought our new vehicles from John Austin and will continue to purchase every vehicle from him. The entire staff was very customer service oriented and caring about your business.

During my recent search for a dependable but "teen appealing" car for my daughter, I attempted to work with several dealerships by internet. My experience was terrific. I went to the dealership to get a ford pickup truck and found that they had a huge selection. We started looking at the trucks on the lot and Ben walked up to help us. I told him I was just looking and he basically followed us around. When I finally found what I wanted, I asked if I could drive it and he got the keys. So then we started talking about the price. I went to the dealership last Wednesday and it was really cold. I walked around looking at pickup trucks and spotted two that I liked. I wanted back to the showroom and walked in and met a sales manager. He offered me coffee as it was freezing out there and we sat down and talked about pricing and interest reates. I got a real good price on one of the pickup trucks and so I bought it. I am now the owner of a 2011 dark blue F-150. Great truck. Am Blessed

I took my car in to get new tires and to check to see if the brakes were ok as they were making noise. I got a great price on the tires and they explained how the tires were rated. My brakes were looked at and adjusted so that they do not make any noise. The whole time took less than one hour and I am very pleased.

My wife and I went to Town East Ford because they have a large selection of used cars and we saw one online that we liked. I called the dealership to see if it was still there because it was a really good price and it was possible that someone else could have bought it. They told us the car was there and it was. Matter of fact I got a little off their price and bought it. So I got a great deal. The salesman asked that I write here to say that we are happy and we are. I will come back to buy my next car at Town East Ford.

Town east ford really saved the day. I had been looking for a car in my husbands favorite color and no other dealerhships had it in stock. I came into Town East and they called around and found the perfect match for me. They even stayed late to go through the paper work so I could drive away that same night.
