Did not fix my vehicle correctly after several weeks in shop took back next day
They ordered the wrong seat covers and not returned. 12 phone calls as of yet.
Unprofessional…the text about my service and the price was one thing and when I got my bill it was more. If your system was acting up stop using it until it is fixed otherwise honor what I signed for
I had to wait 7 working days for a diagnostic test. Ridiculous they are that backed up

Great job by Erica! However. I was there for a recall. I received an unrequested full inspection of my car which resulted in a text requesting approval to perform several hundred (maybe thousands) dollars worth of suggested service work. That is why I don't trust dealer service departments and recalls

Technician left a part of another same model vehicle inside my vehicle. On top of the dash board. That is a no no no. It creates lack of trust.
Picked out a 2024 Ford Bronco that my husband and I wanted to purchase. Contacted dealership, had everything set up to pick up Monday night (credit app filled out, down payment decided, loan approved). Showed up to the dealership at 7PM and didn't leave until after 10PM.
