The issue with my car was not fixed. The car was not even driven when I said the problem happened when I drove the car.

I had a horrible experience with my advisor Alberto Vazquez. On two occasions did he not mean what he said. When we first brought in my ford truck he stated it would only take no more than two days to do a diagnostic, which ended up taking a whole week just to do that. Secondly when I brought it back for the repair, he stated I would be have it back that same day since it was a simple one day repair. Our experience at Town East Ford in Mesquite, Texas was horrendous! There was a 2020 F350 Platinum for $61,423 listed on the website that we were interested in. We were not able to get to the dealership until Saturday due to being four and a half hours away. We spoke with Tony, Used car sales manager, and a salesman, Dallas, throughout the day on Friday to see if the truck had sold or if we should plan the 9 hour round trip for Saturday. Do not buy any used vehicle from here. They will know something is wrong with it to you around until your warranty runs out and then say it’s your fault wear and tear and will not fix a xxxx thing.

My only issue is with how long the whole process took. It literally was an all day event. If Saturday is your busiest day then your staffing should accommodate that.

The service guys are good. I have a problem with the service manager. I had been telling them there was an issue with the truck and had to pay for my own diagnostic to find out the dealership did not put on the oil filter correctly when they changed my oil several months back. The service manager then proceeded to tell me he noticed a “drag” in the truck when he drove it, but said I had to wait 7-10 days for a diagnostic to figure out the issue. Went in for a simple oil change and tire ration since it was included in my used vehicle purchase. They then tried to sell me on over $2k of “needed” recommended stuff like injector cleaning but the worst was they said I needed a new set of 4 tires. They said they were measured at 4/32 inches. The next morning I went to my truck and one of my tires was flat so I took it to a tire store to have the flat repaired and asked about the tread wear.
