Went to purchase a vehicle. The truck was “sold” to me, left it at the dealer for a clean and maintenance. The next day salesman calls and let’s me know the truck was sold to someone else and he had not realized. I asked for my deposit back.

Do yourself a favor and don't but a vehicle from this place. The sales women was great I cant say anything bad about her. But I am from out of state and getting the tags has been a complete disaster. I understand that not registering a vehicle in the state it was perched in can complicate things but being a dealership they should know how to handle situations like this. Purchased a truck at 1158 am. All paperwork and money completed. It is now 4:20 pm and I’m still waiting on my truck to be finished with detailing. I’ve been sitting on the couch for over 4 hours waiting with no end in sight.

I bought a truck here a while back and its been MONTHS and I still havent recieved my tags, so I went back up there and they literally told me that I had to go to the DMV and BUY myself a new paper tag for THEIR mess up. But the worst part about my entire experience is that they sold me the truck and they didnt even have the title to the truck and no one knows where the title is, so I have been driving a truck that Im assuming this dealership didnt even OWN yet… And on top of that im JUST NOW finding out about this. and no o... read more

Bertha ya es parte de mi familia siempre me llama para preguntarme cómo está todo con mi camioneta y me alluda aser citas en servicio. Hace poco me chocaron mi explore le llame y me alludo a que body shop me atienda. Si me dicen que mi carro es pérdida total regresaré con ella porque no solo vende el carro ella siempre es el contacto para todo de mi explore

Worst car buying experience of my life. We agreed on a deal, they told me that I was going to leave with a new truck and then came back with a 15k up-charge because “ it’s hard to find this truck”. Website price was 68390.00 and when it was all over they tried to charge me 83,300.00. They had every opportunity to tell me the real cost price before I took the day off work and spent 4hrs there to find out there was a 15k up-charge. Snake in the grass doesn't even begin to describe these crooks.

The salesman was very polite and helpful. The credit manager wasn't honest in showing you the figures. Neither one calls you back either. Beware.

First time in, took my car for 30 minutes and came back at 37 for trade and when we said we wanted them to match Carmax he got up and walked away from me- RUDE. Manager called and had me come back- said he could match Carmax. Spent hours there and then they offered 34 🤬 so even less and lied and said that was their initial offer anyway. He kept telling me I was “being mean” and trying to make it out like I was lying.
