I was recently referred to Chad, when my new Explorer was experiencing a few minor issues with the Sync System. His approach to issue and his accomodating "can do" atitude, is much appreciated. He took a personal interest in helping me resolve the issues with the vehicle. As a result of my positive experience, my wife has now decided to take her Edge to Chad, in the future. We both appreciate having Chad as our service advisor and look forward to working with him in the future.

I had previously purchased a used vehicle from Town East Ford. I got a car that I really liked at a great price. It was a very nice car until someone turned in front of me and totaled my car. Town East called and said to come in and they would help with the Gap claim and see about getting a different vehicle. My husband and I came for an oil change in my 2009 F150 and inspection for our 2005 F150. We left 5 hours later with a brand new 2011 F150 to replace the 2009 F150. WOW! Their staff from Service to Sales was outstanding - very honest and accommodating. We have always bought our new vehicles from John Austin and will continue to purchase every vehicle from him. The entire staff was very customer service oriented and caring about your business.
