Craig South is extremely nice & helpfull. The make ready department is not great. Didn’t clean the inside well at all, drip marks all over the back seat area from the windows being tinted.

Went to look at a 2019 f250 that had less than 6000 miles. After test driving the truck we got back to find that there is an accident reported on the carfax. That's when we should have walked away. However, the sales guy Terrence Balentine assured us that since the vehicle was still under manufacturer warranty and was "Certified",it would be coveredif there was ever an issue. The biggest bunch of liars ever. They definitely live up to the car dealership stereotype. They ha've ruined a 40 year relationship. Never again.
Who does this? Over the course of two weeks I was in contact with this dealership about the purchase of a 2020 F-250. The sale price was never an issue. I agreed to their discounted price. I am purchasing from out of state. My State sales tax, title and license as quoted by the dealership was originally $4001. I disputed this as my local DMV gave me a precise figure of $2436. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS PRACTICES NOTE THAT THEY DELETE ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS POSTED ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE! My experience was HORRENDOUS! I couldn't get a straight answer, all the info/terms, or the deal done. Just a consistent waste of time and source of frustration. Does not live up to delivery promise Left vehicle on Friday. Service promised response on Monday. Got call on Monday wanting me to purchase new vehicle. Delivery now promised later in week.
Not customer oriented and the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Not truthful, honest, in the sale. Bad business SAD
This service center is a ponzi scheme. Diagnostic fee was $99 over the phone and $149 at the dealer. It was over $600 to replace 6 spark plugs?! I'm in the wrong business.
Take to long to get a deal done when you already no what you want and what you can pay most of the time it’s where you started
