I was a Die Hard Chevy person before coming here. Steve's patience, no pressure sales style is what made me believe in Ford. He answered all my questions, and went on several test drives to find the perfect match for me. I am a Proud owner of a new 2011 Ford Explorer.

My experience was terrific. I went to the dealership to get a ford pickup truck and found that they had a huge selection. We started looking at the trucks on the lot and Ben walked up to help us. I told him I was just looking and he basically followed us around. When I finally found what I wanted, I asked if I could drive it and he got the keys. So then we started talking about the price. I went to the dealership last Wednesday and it was really cold. I walked around looking at pickup trucks and spotted two that I liked. I wanted back to the showroom and walked in and met a sales manager. He offered me coffee as it was freezing out there and we sat down and talked about pricing and interest reates. I got a real good price on one of the pickup trucks and so I bought it. I am now the owner of a 2011 dark blue F-150. Great truck. Am Blessed

I took my car in to get new tires and to check to see if the brakes were ok as they were making noise. I got a great price on the tires and they explained how the tires were rated. My brakes were looked at and adjusted so that they do not make any noise. The whole time took less than one hour and I am very pleased.

My wife and I went to Town East Ford because they have a large selection of used cars and we saw one online that we liked. I called the dealership to see if it was still there because it was a really good price and it was possible that someone else could have bought it. They told us the car was there and it was. Matter of fact I got a little off their price and bought it. So I got a great deal. The salesman asked that I write here to say that we are happy and we are. I will come back to buy my next car at Town East Ford.

Everyone one at Town East Ford was very polite and listened to me on what I wanted to buy and handled everything with straight forward talk. They do a great job! Excellent service and very nice people there. Thanks Town East Ford! You guys are great!

Someone crashed into my car right down the road from Town East Ford. My AAA would only tow me so far so i stumbled into their shop, not by choice. But It was a very pleasant surprise. They did great work and were very fair with pricing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to have service done to their car.
