Pulling teeth or buying a car - neither one to favor I was looking for a fairly new used car with low milage and came across a Ford Ranger 2019 Lariat FX & Tow package which was used as courtesy vehicle (2000 miles) advertised for $36.900.-. My disappointment was the 'Town East Ford package' was added to the advertised price which was already pre-installed and in my humble opinion, should not have been added to the original price. Horrible Experience Possibly one of the worst dealerships in Texas. I was about to purchase a vehicle, the loan process was taking forever. That day, they let me leave with the car since they “thought” I was approved. Which made no sense at all! I kept trying to contact the dealership to get an answer since I was driving the car with no insurance because I could not add it, due to loan complication. So they stalled it out all weekend. Service department blow off Bought a Ford Expedition in Sept of 2017 from Town East Ford in Mesquite, Texas. Currently has 24,445 miles on it and a tire blew on the freeway. These Good Year tires have a 60,000 mile warranty. When I called the service department, they said I would have to contact Good Year for any help. The honest thing to do would be to prorate my tire and sell me a new one. That is why I hate doing business with dealerships.
Ford's crap Ok my transmission in my Ford Focus as Ford has acknowledge it their fault started slipping so I bring it here where I bought it.. So hey tell me it could be up to 14 days before they maybe able to diagnose the problem. So here I am no car to drive and they don't care about me Walking. But when I bought this car I also bought a premium package of coverage on it for problems which I had with it and it has a rental car that I could be driving EXCEPT I can't get it because I have to wait till it's diagnosed first. Certainly sorry for the issues you are dealing with. Over 600k units were sold that are effected and needing work performed. We are currently taking them in as fast as we can under a first come first serve basis. We would love to cater to our own customer base first but that is unfortunately not something we can do. Bad oversight and bad faith Two stars instead of one, because Cas, my salesman, was very helpful. Overall, extremely disappointed with Town East Ford, and will never do business with them. I reached out specifically because we’re looking for a 2018 Expedition with a back up camera. I must have mentioned it 5-6 times in conversation as a primary reason for our interest. Somewhat of a good experience Purchased a 2014 F-150 pickup. I was happy with the purchase but was let down when I was given 1 key. Being it was a programmed key I knew it was an expensive item. When I asked for the second key I was told there was not one but to go to parts dept to find out the cost; it was $325-345...I don’t remember exact cost. Ford pick up Nice salesman. Good buying experience at first. negative I have say is doesn’t respond to emails. Used managers don’t respond to phone calls. Once sale is final there done. Had on going issues with used truck.
Non-Disclosure. Bait and Switch without honoring Price. I wanted to let the internet community know about the worst experience that I have ever had in attempting to buy a new car. I buy a couple of cars a year either for business or personal use and I do not recommend this dealership and I do not recommend working with their sales manager. Take to long to buy there and my car never was ready for me to take it so I have to take it dirty and with not gas I have to take it to the gas station after I bought it and the car never was clean in the inside cause it wasn’t enough time to clean it
