Town east ford really saved the day. I had been looking for a car in my husbands favorite color and no other dealerhships had it in stock. I came into Town East and they called around and found the perfect match for me. They even stayed late to go through the paper work so I could drive away that same night.

Someone crashed into my car right down the road from Town East Ford. My AAA would only tow me so far so i stumbled into their shop, not by choice. But It was a very pleasant surprise. They did great work and were very fair with pricing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to have service done to their car.

I was going to write you a letter any way about how pleased I am with my car. It looks almost new. it was polished and even the wheels looked new. The Dent Guy also was perfect. I received great service from a helpful staff. It's hard finding a great service now a days. Keep up the great job I will recommend the dealership highly. Thanks again.

This dealership is outstanding.I had such a pleasant experience. When I started looking for a car, I looked online. Town east ford had a great website that got me to their dealership. Once I walked into the doors I was greeted with a smile and great customer service. Everyone on the staff is great. I was showed a fully stocked inventory. I picked out the car for me and drove it off the lot that night. The financing process was quick and easy. All in all a great experience.

I got a new Ford F-150 on Monday and got a great deal on it. I can't complain about anything. They kept their word. Here is how to get a great deal. Go there with what it cost. It's that simple. I did my research on the internet, knew what the prices were and then it was all easy. I got really low financing as well. So I appreciate it

I just bought a 2011 Mustang GT, and got it for $5500 under MSRP. Yes, I did get a great price on the car, but it involved a haggle and car salesmen.... um misrepresented statements. I guess that can be expected, since it's their job to get the most money out of the customer. I just dislike the process. Anyway, I did allot of research and cost comparison through the Internet, and when I contact the Internet sales I was emailed a great price. I went to Town East Ford on Saturday and worked with the sales manager and Stachel I cant explain how much fun this was these guys had me rollin on the floor laughing so much it was quite fun. Every dealership in this world needs more people like them so fun, happy and energetic that energy carries through the customer!
