I thought our sales person, Tyrus was WONDERFUL!! He was the only real positive experience I had when dealing with Town East Ford. He was very friendly, not overly pushy and anytime I called him with an issue he took care of it. Finance was a whole other story. It was a complete and utter disaster. Knowing what part I needed and the MSRP of $266.52 for PN# 6F055 Engine Support Bracket; I was told that my cost was $334.48 plus tax a 20% plus markup over list price because I was a do-it yourself customer. Having purchased over $500,000 in New Ford vehicles over the past decade; this experience assures me that I will never visit Town East Ford for parts, service, or any vehicle purchase new or used. If you want to have to sign and agree to buy the vehicle before you've even seen the APR or finance details, go to this dealership. After an hour of being jerked around about pretty much everything I asked about, I asked for my keys to the car I was planning to trade in. They wouldn't give them back! I ended up going back to the secluded part of the office and asking random employees where I could retrieve my keys. Finally someone got them for me. We purchased a 2009 Escape the end of March from their used car lot. We clearly stated that we wanted a vehicle that we could drive across country. I'm nervous about driving it to Ft. Worth. Two weeks after our purchase a fault indicator came on the dash stating "Check Fuel Inlet". The dealership charged us a diagnostic and pressed the reset button. My husband and I took our son to this dealership to look at a used vehicle. We negotiated a price and advised if the price was not one that they would accept to not waste our time or pull my son's credit. They came back in and tried to sell on payment and ignored the price of the car. We were specifically told we had a firm price. This dealership demonstrated an extreme lack of integrity. Having read the reviews of this dealership, I think it is pointless to expound with details. Sorry business transaction I have ever encountered. No return phone calls, bounced from one person to another, frequent calls made to track down our paperwork. I have seen corner lemonade stands that were better run than this place.

Anyone going to try to deal with these crooks and liers beware of Town East Ford.I came in to get a price on the escape and got the run around. When trying to get a price it took an hour and half just to get the bottom line.When I told them I was going to look at Parkcities ford the sales rep Jason told me they were selling hail damage escapes and that parkcities would not tell me this.I than left not only because of their rude and strong arm tatics but they wasted so much of my time.Then Jason started to call me everyday to... read more

I purchased a new Ford Edge on 6/27/11 from Town East I purchased a new Ford Edge on 6/27/11 from Town East Ford in Mesquite. We walked in to get a ball park figure on two vehicles and where help by a guy named Brett. He was very pleasant and very helpful. When asked about a price he went to get his supervisor AJ. His supervisor walked in and told us to test drive it first. We said we are only looking for ballpark numbers today (we had our car totaled in a wreck and are waiting for check to be cut.)
