Don't Waste Your Time Getting REPAIRS/SERVICE WORK here I originally got my car repaired for collision damage. IT was not done right..the Exterior Strip was coming off of the car and had to take it back not once..not twice...but THREE times to get it repaired.the Right Way. Got ripped off!!! I couldn't get my truck out of park. I researched this before taking it in for service and knew I it needed a part that cost at the most about $130. The service department told me I had to have the entire gear shift mechanism replaced. I argued with them and argued with them and told them I researched this before I brought it to them and I told them they were flat out lying to me. Customer Service at its finest!! It was an absolute pleasure working with Sam Rushing and his team. I inquired about a new 2016 F-150 Lariat 4x4 online. Sam contacted me within minutes and was extremely knowledgeable. Soon after speaking with Sam, I took the short drive out to Town East Ford from Dallas. Sam was able to have my Trade appraised very quickly and I was offered an amount well above fair value! After working out all the details, I was driving my new truck home that evening! Epitome of shay Worked with "Gabe" Flores. So shady I walked away. He doesn't operate with any integrity. Went straight to Carmax. Unfortunate as I don't think it's a reflection on the dealership itself.

Watch out poor dealer ship went in buy new car had $16,000 dollars cash for down on $30.450 dollar car. managers changed advertised price 3 times and actually would bring in paper work with the price change buried among the changes. called me all but a liar. fiance manager said i could not qualify on the ford 1.9 rate which was a bold face lie. i was already pre approved at two other ford dealer ships. this all occurred between 2pm and 5pm may 27,2016 held up 3 hours with conning managers and out right would lie about what t... read more

Typical sleazy dealer tactics! Go somewhere else Although our sales associate was excellent, the moment we talked to a sales manager things took a turn for the worst. Price skyrocketed quickly from what we saw online. The cheaper model was mysteriously "gone" and our only choice was the more expensive one. I am sorry to see that you feel this way. You mentioned you were told the vehicle, "the cheaper one" was gone, this is entirely possible. We sell about 40-50 vehicles on a good day here and it occasionally happens that someone wants a particular vehicle they saw online and it has been sold. Because the website only updates every night, there is a short timeframe that it may show on the website but has been sold that day. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE Ive been through the car buying experience many, many times. Ive experienced great salesman, and not so great salesman.
