After a month of negotiating, they finally agreed to what I was willing to offer to pay for a vehicle. There was a nail in the tire since purchasing the vehicle and after multiple attempts at two Nissan dealerships (who wanted to charge me money to figure out the tire pressure loss issue) I went to Discount Tire. They were patient and found the leak (nail) and removed it/patched the hole for free. I’ll never take my car back to this place. I had the worse experience. They guy that was assisting me was not helpful and act like he didn’t care. I took my car in to check before my warranty expired. Well I waited 3 hours and he just bring me the papers and my warranty documents back and said ok your good and they put on this paper what is recommended. Dealt with their service department all I can say is what incompetence. They took 4 days to diagnose the car, when they did, they first told me it was a dead battery. I literally had to instruct the service rep to jump the battery and see if it would still not work. They then told me it was an issue with a fuel sensor (which I got charged for) and that wasn’t even the main issue. Bought a used car..got the price down due to some issues with the car..wife went to pick it up the next day..paid cash..the car was not washed and they made no effort to clean the interior..the one key fob we were given did not work..thought it was just a battery..new battery did not work..said something when I went to pick up plates and was told I would have to go to chevy dealer or PAY there contract guy $60 to program it..not impressed by customer service
First off I would like to say the finance guy was really nice and friendly and very helpful. My salesman was nice but after putting together a mediocre deal for me and telling me that was the best he could do I was basically left to take a lowball trade offer. During which they actually made me sign a piece of paper stating my terms which they couldn’t even meet. Service agent told me it would take 1 hr 45 minutes to replace airbags for recall. I got out of there 5 hours later. Unacceptable. I have obligations. They should have given me the choice of leaving after 2 hours or wait longer. Instead they let me sit there. After 3 hours I inquired about my vehicle and they just kept on saying 30 minutes more every time I inquired which was several times. Extremely dissatisfied.
I took my 2018 Rogue in for 10,000 maintenance and was very pleased with the service I received. Christy was my service rep, and although she’s only been there a couple of months, she did a great job keeping me updated on my projected waiting time and just a friendly helpful gal. My only complaint was the 2-hour wait, but it was Friday before a holiday weekend and she told me it would be about 2 hours. I would rate my experience a 4.5. I will ask for Christy the next time I go in.
Please contact me if you are considering buying a car from this location. I bought a licensed pre-owned and bought the EXPENSIVE extended 60K mile warranty. The car didn't make it 20 days (not 660 miles) before it started whistling, smoking, - basically having all the qualities of a rocket WITHOUT accelerating to 2 RPM.s.
