I had a positive experience buying my Rogue from here last summer, but the maintenance appointment this morning was extremely disappointing. After being told on the phone that the oil change appt would take about an hour, it ended up taking two hours with virtually no customer care to speak of. I went to the service desk multiple times to explain I had a meeting that I needed to get to and I could just bring my car back another day and was repeatedly told "it's almost done - just 5 min". Do not, do not go to this dealer. Beware! I was shopping for a Titan and town north gave me a black titan to drive for a day and exchanged keys for my rental car. When i returned to tell them that I decided on a different color, and different trim level, they suggested that they could pull a truck that I wanted from Round Rock Nissan and it would be at Town North Monday morning. Apparently the service department thinks that break dust on my car within the first 10,000 miles is completely acceptable. I will never buy a Nissan again.
The 2 Nissan Dealerships Town North Nissan and Round Rock Nissan are going through some changes and the Management over all completely fallen apart! I will not go into details but my family have purchased 5 cars over all from them and will no longer be pro nissan. Yea, HELL NO , WE GOT DONE WRONG BY NISSAN ON RESEARCH, WISH WE KNEW THE NUMBER TO SOMEONE HIGHER UP, YOU GUYS SHOULDN'T SELL CARS THAT HAVE PRE EXISTING DAMAGES THAT ARE NOT ON THE CARFAX, BUT ITS ON THE INITIAL INSPECTION BEFORE PURCHASE, THE WANTED US AFTER 2MONTHS OF PURCHASE , TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR PRE EXISTING DAMAGES ON THE INSPECTION DONE BY U ALL THAT WERENT DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, $1400 MY BEHIND.WE GAVE THEM 1200 DOWN PAYMENT, THEY CRACK ME UP!!! I made a service appointment, but did NOT enjoy my three-hour wait yesterday while getting an oil change (one hour over the estimated time). And the little fib that you told me, Leo: Oh, your car just got finished! When I could see it out the window, where it had been sitting for the last 30 minutes amongst the other white Muranos, so of course I wasn't sure that it was mine until I went out to get in. First I'll start by saying that Jason Covault was a great salesman and did an excellent job. Unfortunately when I purchase a used vehicle for my son he was off. I had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with Mark. All negotiations where settled with Jason and Mark had to do all the paperwork. I paid cash for the vehicle and asked Mark if there was any warranty, he stated that his certified vehicles were warranted, but this vehicle had been on the lot less than a week. Sales guy was very, rude, disrespectful, & a liar. Sales Department is very slow. I had an appointment at 10:30 and the manager had someone to get me in next because an 1 1/2 later my car was still 3rd in line.
