2010 370z Anniversary Edition (49K miles). My wife's grocery getter. Brought in for check engine light, oil change & state inspection. They called me up with a $12,000 estimate that included a full engine replacement, differential work and 4 new tires. They said it's loosing compression on 1,3,&5 cylinders. I bought a $35 code reader and reset the generic 0300 random misfire code. I have also being screwed by the finance department here. They are unable to take responsibility due to a lack of knowledge by the financial department. After a year of trying to get in touch with North Town Nissan, I have not received registration documents or anyone has taken the time to fix this mess I have today. Awful experience. Spent almost two hours there Saturday and witnessed two sales associates put on a full court press with a gentlemen who wanted to speak to his father before purchasing. This gentlemen appeared to have some limitations and they tried to take full advantage of it. As for my car shopping experience, completely miserable. DO NOT BUY FROM THE USED CAR TOWN NORTH NISSAN. I bought a 2012 Ford Mustang and it has spent more time in the shop than on the road. I bought it on a Friday and I took it to my mechanic on Monday and they told me the pinion baring and brake calipers needed to be replaced, as well as a leak from the rear differential. Brake calipers 600 and the rear end 2000. So called over and over, every time I did the manager was "in a meeting." Worst customer service ever at Town north Nissan in Austin. Not only did they lie about pricing and try to make me pay for services they didn't provide. Then they told me while holding my son I'm never welcome back.
I just read another review about how someone else with Juke was having trouble. Got in and out to have someone diagnose to find our TURBO CHARGE. THEY TOTALLY TREAT WOMEN LIKE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!
